Record-Breaking Month for Luxury Home Sales

As you can see in the graph above, July 2020 was by far the biggest month for sales over $500,000 that we have ever witnessed, with its closest rival being June 2020. There was an increase of 30% from June to July, and an increase of 66% compared with July 2019. Even despite some market uncertainty, the numbers are showing that now is still an optimal time to transact.
